We only accept bank transfer. You will receive bank details via email once you have placed the order. Please put the order ID as the reference number. All other payment methods, including major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and cash on delivery, are temporarily paused.

Yes, we offer gift wrapping services for an additional fee. You can request the gift wrap option in the additional fields and specify your requirements. The cost will vary based on your needs.

If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
We check each product and its expiry date before shipping to ensure quality. The chance of receiving a damaged product is less than 1%. We use advanced packing materials to ensure our products are delivered without any damages. However, if you receive a damaged product, contact us as soon as possible via info@bella-lavenda.com. You can request a replacement within 7 days, and we will replace it as soon as possible.
